An interactive fuzzy satisficing method for large scale multiobjective 0-1 programming problems with fuzzy parameters through genetic algorithms
Article Abstract:
The need to factor in the decision maker's understanding of a problem is addressed in a multi-objective 0-1 programming model through the decision maker's setting of the alpha-level sets of fuzzy numbers, from which a corresponding membership function is derived. These parameters are used in the generation of Pareto optimal solutions through a genetic algorith that solves for the optimal solution through a minimax problem with block angular solution model. This is done through decomposition procedures which specifies the minimax solutions.
