Millions in Somalia are in danger of starvation while its capital city of Mogadishu is terrorized by civil war. Ex-dictator Siad Barre has fled into Nairobi and is seeking asylum. The country is now in a state of anarchy, with clans fighting and killing over dwindling resources.
