Investments made by Australia's largest hedge fund firm, Basis Capital Funds Management Ltd., that are connected to US mortgages have fallen significantly. Basis Yield Alpha Fund decreased by approximately 14% in June, while Basis Pac-Rim Opportunity Fund fell by 9.2%.
