Article Abstract:

Another notable topic is the electronic warfare protection systems being incorporated into the CV-22 Osprey.

Article Abstract:
Bell Helicopter Textron Inc has issued an independent 'Request for Information' solicitation notice for firms that might be interested in taking over the mission computer project for its newly re-manufactured AH- 1W/Z Cobra and UH-1N troop lift helicopters. The project had been awarded to Litton Industries, which appears to be having severe problems in its development of the new integrated avionics suite for the aircraft. If Bell changes vendors for the integrated mission computer project, it could very well result in a major contractual delay.
