The terrorism trial which started in Argentina in Sep, 2001, is exposing the flaws of Argentina's judicial system and police force. The trial relates to the 1994 bombing of a Jewish welfare centre. There have been allegations of misconduct and incompetence in the investigation.

The Sep 2001 terrorist attacks on the US could lead to lawsuits, but it could be the US Treasury which pays the compensation. A law allows state sponsors of terrorism to be sued, but unfreezing foreign financial assets to pay compensation could harm US diplomatic efforts.

Article Abstract:
Muammar Qaddafi's refusal to allow the suspected terrorists who allegedly bombed Pan Am Flight 103 to be extradited out of Libya may lead to war. Before force is used, there should be certain proof of the suspect's guilt.
