Bouygues plans to acquire Remaining 43% stake in Colas

The French construction and media conglomerate, Bouyges S.A. has announced that it plans to acquire the 43% stake in Colas which it does not already own. The acquisition of the road construction company is expected to strengthen Bouyges' construction division.

Bouygues to buy stake in Alstom
Article Abstract:
The French government is to sell its 21 percent stake in Alstom S.A. of France to Bouygues S.A. also of France. The construction concern acquires the railroad stake for 1.98 billion Euros ($2.47 billion), a capital gain to the government of 1.26 billion Euros.

Arnault raises his stake in Bouyges to vover 10%
