Cadbury deal to boost Coke and its bottlers

Coca-Cola Co.'s purchase of Cadbury Schweppes PLC's beverage business in 155 nations is expected to be advantageous for Coca-Cola. The $705 million (659 million euros) deal is also expected to be beneficial for Coca-Cola's bottlers. Coca-Cola will acquire almost 30 brnads from Cadbury. This is less than half of what the company had proposed to acquire.
