Campaigning needs to jettison jargon and improve debate
Article Abstract:
A political debate suggests there is a cross-party agreement that European constitutionalism, the NHS and concomitant implications for taxation are best ignored. The main issues of the debate are land cost and availability, planning, building regulations, construction and the need for deregulation and long-term thinking on describing cost.

The Classicist in Mr justice Jackson, the new judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court advises against using adjudication for large final-account disputes or professional negligence claims. He asked the parties not to be lured, like the Odysseus to the land of sirens and this promoted a debate in itself.
