Canada wins NAFO reform pledge - at meeting in Estonia

At a meeting of Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization held in Estonia in October, 2005, the members resolved to implement reforms that would improve the fisheries management. Canada has been pushing for these reforms for quite some time now and is rather pleased with the resolution.
