Article Abstract:
Ceska rafinerska (CER) (Czech Republic), petrochemical company, will begin building a visbreaking unit at its Litvinov refinery, Czech Republic, in 1998. The new unit will cost about 1.5 bil Kc and should break heavy oil fractions from 1999. In 1998 CER will reserve another 1 bil Kc for sulphur production equipment, a central control room at the Litvinov refinery, the modernisation of warehouses and liquid-gas packing systems, and the radar measuring of tank levels at the Kralupy-nad-Vltavou refinery.
