DENMARK: FALCK TO CO-OPERATE WITH DSB
Article Abstract:
Group 4 Falck and DSB, the Danish State railway company, have signed an agreement to analyse future rail projects in the British market. DSB and Falck have already participated in a project in the British market involving the British transport giant, FirstGroup PLC. Paul, Steegers, the British finance analyst from Merrill Lynch, says Falck will find it difficult to enter the British market as a completely new train operator. However, its co-operation with DSB, that has experience from major projects, is a positive aspect, according to Steegers.
