Delphi bets on new satellite market

With Delphi Corp.'s investment in Ondas Media SA of Madrid, Spain, the auto parts manufacturer is positioning itself to play a role in the growing demand for satellite radio in Europe. Ondas Media, which plans to launch satellite radio service in Europe, could find its association with Delphi Corp. helpful in attracting investors as well as developing alliances with car manufacturers which it will be interested in persuading to install satellite radios in their automobiles.

For Grokster, it's the day the music died

Grokster Ltd. of Saint Kitts and Nevis has announced it will close it's illegal online music file-sharing service as part of a settlement with the music industry. In the settlement Grokster Ltd. agreed to pay $50 million to the Recording Industry Association of America.
