Demers to boost Quebec content

Daniel Demers has been appointed as the new president of Montreal ad agency Academie-Ogilvie, succeeding Claude Giroux, who has been designated the company's chairman and director of strategic development. One of Demers' responsibilities as president of Academie-Ogilvie, is to improve its presence in the Quebec market. Prior to his appointment, Demers was VP and director of client services at PALM Publicite Marketing, managing the advertising accounts of Tourisme Quebec, Loto-Quebec, Labatt and Volkswagen.
