Deutsche Bank AG Chief Executive Josef Ackermann is acquitted of charges laid against him regarding his handling of Vodafone Group PLC's acquisition of German cell-phone company Mannesmann AG in 2000. Mr. Ackermann, along with several former Mannesmann executives, was being tried for breach of trust and abetting breach of trust.
