Developing trust in vertical product development partnerships: a comparison of South Korea and Austria
Article Abstract:
A model of factors affecting trust formation in research and development (R&D) partnerships in Austria and South Korea is developed and tested. Results showed that fairness and communication quality have a positive impact on the amount of trust formed while unresolved conflicts negatively affect trust development. The role of national culture in R&D partnerships is examined furter.
