Techniques are presented for helping to eliminate early-morning stress, with research indicating that mornings are a key time for encouraging a positive attitude in children. Techniques include preparing the night before, maintaining regular wake-up times, providing a healthy breakfast, encouraging children to be responsible for their own items and eliminating early-morning television viewing.
