Finesse brand aims to be no. 1 again
Article Abstract:
Lever-Pond's of Toronto, Ontario, has launched an national televison advertising campaign for its Finesse brand in hopes of regaining the top spot in the shampoo category. The three humorous commercials, which will air in Apr 1, 1999, were created by Vancouver, British Columbia-based Palmer Jarvis DDB and are part of the brand's relaunch. To make a great impact, none of the spots feature a woman or a bottle of shampoo. Instead they show a group of men reading poems and singing songs they have composed for their girlfriends and wives.
