French new car sales lose ground
Article Abstract:
The automobile market in France is currently soft for French car makers. New car registrations are up by 1.8 percent but down by 3.3 percent for PSA Peugeot-Citroen of France and down by 5.4 percent for Regie Nationale des Usines Renault also of France. The French automobile makers seem to be concentrating on turning a profit rather than increasing market share.
