The British Council for Offices staged a 'Docklands at 20' conference to mark the 20th anniversary of the beginning of the redevelopment of the Docklands area of London, England. Issues addressed included transport links and demand for tall buildings.

Portcullis and Danish Embassy to star in 'Open House' first

Issues are presented concerning the participation of 550 architecturally interesting buildings in the 'London Open House' weekend which is due to take place in September 2001. The buildings open to the public are discussed.
