And in the process of going global they often discover local opportunities for growth.

The call centre industry in India is facing the problem of high attrition rates as high as 35 %-45%, as the demand for the experienced executives increases. The companies have to spent more on recruitment in anticipation of drop outs. Companies are making renewed efforts to keep their employees happy.
