German futures exchange, Eurex mull partnership

Eurex is negotiating with Warenterminboerse Hannover AG, the struggling German futures exchange, about a possible partnership. Although Eurex departing director Joerg Franke confirmed they were negotiating, he would not reveal whether they were discussing anything about a possible takeover.
