Professor Don Gray, former head of Canterbury School of Architecture, is facing a High Court damages claim for at least 300,000 pounds sterling for setting up a rival architecture school at the nearby University of Kent, thus acting unlawfully during the period of his defection. The allegations include breach of contract and deliberate attempts to poach staff.
