Heads I win, tails you lose
Article Abstract:
An inventor has proposed a system for eliminating coins. A shopper selects a number from one to 100, and a merchant's cash register selects a random number. If the sum of the two exceeds 100, 100 is then subtracted. The price is rounded down if the third number is equal to or greater than the change.
