Article Abstract:
The B.C. Dairy Foundation (BCDF) experiences problems regarding the financing of its "Maintain Your Cool" advertising campaign, which is aimed at improving the image of fluid milk among consumers in British Columbia, Canada. While the BCDF initially achieved an excellent performance for its campaign that supports the fluid milk business, the campaign's performance experienced starting in 1994 a decline due to the cuts implemented by processors of milk on the marketing budget of the BCDF.

The B C Dairy Foundation realized that people know the usefulness and importance of milk in daily life. They wanted to advertise and create awareness without being boring and came up with the idea of bodiless heads to reiterate what life would be like without a body.
