Psychologist believe that the most significant indicator of success is emotional intelligence (EQ), term that refers to a person's ability to understand and manage her own and other's emotions. A further research in an issue of the journal Personality and Individual Differences found that those are adept at harnessing their EQ are more confident, more socially perceptive and more likely to succeed at anything.
