Article Abstract:
Integrated Intellectual Property Inc (IP), Santa Clara in the US is an Indian American company. IP plans to offer off-the- shelf intellectual property core and engineering solutions by taking advantage of the newly emerging systems-on-chip technology. In the semiconductor industry, intellectual property is software encapsulation in a reusable form of the hardware design embodied in electronic components like integrated circuits, application specific integrated circuits and dynamic random access memories. IP was earlier known as Indus Consultants Inc which was founded in 1995 by Mr Samir Palnitkar. IP was primarily formed to offer consultation for ASIC and field programmable gate array design. IP's clients include Motorola, Philips, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Advanced Micro Devices, Mitsubishi and National Semiconductor. (gsh)

BAAN-MICROSOFT PROVIDE ERP FOR INDO ASIAN GROUP

The global alliance between Baan Company and Microsoft Corporation has helped Indo Asian Group, a safety control and power protections equipment manufacturer. The Indo Asian Group, which has commissioned Baan back office enterprise resource planning solution, has been able to benefit from Microsoft's strength in offering intuitive and scaleable technologies. It has also been able to use Baan's expertise in offering solutions for business management across the extended expertise. The group has implemented all the modules of Baan IVc ERP solution, which includes manufacturing, distribution, logistics, finance and human relations on an Intel hardware platform with a Microsoft SQL server database.
