ING talks on unit sale to Commerzbank end

Germany's Commerzbank AG has pulled out of talks to acquire ING-BHF Bank from Dutch financial services company ING Groep N.V. ING will continue to look for a buyer for the subsidiary as part of its ongoing strategy to offload all of its underperforming operations.
