Several key factors are identified and mentioned, which contribute to the innovative potential of small firms. The extent to which the service key factors are utilized for the advantages of small firms is discussed. The relationship between, the key factors and the new products and the contributions of the new products, for the firm performance are also analyzed.

Pricing of payment services: a comparative analysis of paper-based and electronic banking
Article Abstract:
The study has three purposes: to analyze differences in costs for banks and customers regarding three payment methods (e-Giro, p-Giro, cash); to observe if prices do exhibit cost differences; and to find out if transfer prices between banks show cost variations as well. The observations after the comparisons and analyses regarding prices and costs are presented.
