In Europe, can one size fit all?
Article Abstract:
The European Union is experiencing inconsistent housing markets which is proving challenging. In Germany housing prices are depressed with prices dropping by 2 percent last year. However the French housing market saw housing prices rise by 16 percent last year and housing prices are up more than 71 percent since 1998.
