In Russia, group takes radical steps to defy Kremlin

The National Bolshevik Party of Russia, an avante garde movement begun by punks and shinheads, is experiencing a crackdown by Russian authorities that has merely made the group more popular. The National Bolshevik Party helped organize demonstrations against cuts in social security payments. The Party numbers approximately 15,000 and has more members in prison than any other political party in Russia.
