India's coming - eclipse of China
Article Abstract:
A comparison of Indian and Chinese economic growth and economic reforms is presented. India is strong in services sector. This is because this is a new area that the government regulations have not yet managed to complicate this sector. China's plus points are its trade policies which attract a lot of foreign direct investment. However, the banks and capital markets in China are very weak. Even though China has a 13 years lead over India in economic reforms, it is likely to lag behind because of the required transitional reforms.
