Internet's challenges lie in the security issues, regulation and content quality
Article Abstract:
The challenges that face the Internet in the medium term regarding security, registration, level of technological advancement and quality of content matter, are discussed. It is argued that if these challenges are ignored it could result in the technical and commercial ruin for the Internet.

Oracle to buy Siebel for $5.85 billion

Oracle Corp. of the United States is to acquire Siebel Systems Inc. of the United States for $5.85 billion. The software giant will acquire the 3.4 million users of Siebel Systems Inc. for sales operations automated software. Oracle Corp. is to pay $10.66 a share for Siebel Systems Inc.
