Intershop predicts a shortfall in sales, a new operating loss

Intershop Communications AG has issued its third profit warning in six months, stating that first-quarter sales would be between Euro18 million and E20 million. This is short of its earlier prediction of E30 million. Intershop also warned that its operating loss would equal its fourth-quarter loss of E33.4 million.
