Introduction to a new weighting method - hierarchy consistency analysis
Article Abstract:
A study presents a hierarchy consistency analysis method of determining weights in modeling an evaluation hierarchy structure. The method works under a framework of decision making hierarchy where several viewpoints are considered. Final weights are determined by a series of compromised iterations. Results reveal a weighting methodology that is simple, consistent, and requires no transitivity and pairwise comparison.
