Judge Ito has agreed to allow the prosecution to present evidence about Simpson's earlier beatings of Nicole and the defense may present evidence relating to Simpson's football injuries.

A trial's loose ends
Article Abstract:
The trial of McVeigh moved swiftly and had an outcome that satisfied many, but while he was convicted for the murder of federal agents, he still faces charges for the murders of 160 citizens. A greater loose end of the trial is that there are other militia groups who share McVeigh's convinctions.
