Kinepolis plans April capital increase

Kinepolis Group NV is planning to carry out a capital increase by the end of April 1999. The plan is designed to provide financing for the group's 30% share purchase of Cinemaxx AG. Kinepolis is a cinema operating firm based in Belgium. The capital increase had been originally scheduled for the end of March 1999. The company has not decided on the amount of the capital increase.
