Concert plans lower mobile, fixed rates
Article Abstract:
Concert Communications Services will introduce a plan for reduced mobile telephone rates. The plan would offer major rate reductions for customers who are frequent travelers in Europe. Concert will also offer reduced flat-rate prices for traditional Continental fixed-line calls. The mobile phone plan will save customers high international roaming rates when they travel in nine countries in Europe.
