Office space a la carte
Article Abstract:
The World-Wide Business Centre network is a network of 70 shared-office companies that operate 3,400 instant offices in airports, hotels, and custom-built centers from San Francisco to Frankfurt and collects $40 million in rental payments per year. International travelers use the temporary offices located in convenient locations to conduct business. Centers provide secretarial support, telephones, fax machines, and personal computers. A World-Wide Business Centers survey reveals that the cost of setting up a small office can run as high as $35,000, so one of the main attractions of World-Wide Business Centre offices is the cost savings compared to ordinary rentals. Future plans for the network include creating overnight accommodations for clients.

Diplomatic discounts
Article Abstract:
Business travel made by executives are often viewed with resentment by their collegues particularly when the destinations are pleasant locations. To minimize ill feelings regarding business trips, travelling executives should make sure that there is indeed a valid reason for travelling and that the travelling expenses involved are within reason. Business travel can be made more economical by taking advantage of the discounts offered by airlines and hotels during certain seasons, especially in summer. Executives, for example, can cut their air travel costs by more than 50% by availing of the 'Apex' fares. They may also contact hotel booking service for information on hotels offering seasonal deals.
