Perfumes & fragrances in Spain
Article Abstract:
A number of trends are observed in the women's fragrance and perfumes market in Spain. The market had a total value turnover of 37 billion pesetas in 1993, a 5% increase from 1992. Value sales grew by 34% between 1989 and 1993 at current prices and by 19% at constant prices. The growing number of working women have also spurred demands for both high-end products and mid-market brands. Profiles of major manufacturers are presented.
