Pernod Ricard sells Dunkin' unit for $2.43 billion

Dunkin' Brands Inc. of the United States, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard S.A. of France, was sold to a group of three private equity United States investors. Bain Capital Partners, Carlyle Group and Thomas H. Lee Partners will pay a total of $2.43 billion for the purchase. Dunkin' Brands Inc. consists of Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins and Togo's food industry chains.
