Industria e Investimentos S.A. of Portugal has made an offer for Correios e Telecomunicacoes de Portugal EP of 11.1 billion Euros. Portugal Telecom S.A. is planning a payout to shareholders of 3 billion Euros ($3.61 billion) in buybacks and dividends.
