Pricewaterhouse-Coopers (PwC) aims to extend their private equity services across Europe in response to many of their UK clients also moving into Europe. They recognize the need not only to utilize the knowledge of their own private equity experts but to use local staff. They also benefit from the services of industry experts in the London, England, office. The management of PwC feel the merger between Coopers and Lybrand and Price Waterhouse has given them sufficient expertise to go into Europe. They plan to offer their services for all European management buyout markets.
