Spanish newspapers are offering supplement sections almost every day in an effort to hold on to their readers. Some supplements tend to focus on the latest trends such as computers and the Internet, while others play on the regional sentiments of Spaniards by focusing on regional news and events. Newspaper readership is not as high as publishers wanted as Spaniards prefer to get their news from TV and radio.
