Rescue cage suits high-sided ships
Article Abstract:
Former Sc ottish skipper Robert Reid's innovation, a new and simple cage for rescuing fishermen going overboard the high-sided fishing vessel is discussed. The drawings for the cage were prepared by North East Fabricators Ltd., and the pelagic trawlers Quantus and Kings Cross will be equipped with it.
