Article Abstract:

These groups were told that they would only be employed up to the date of the International Olympic Committee's decision, as it was always policy that the architectural work would then be re-tendered.

RIBA floats PFI boycott plan
Article Abstract:
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) council produced a policy document in July 2005 that would examine the structural fault lines in the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) system that often produces shoddy buildings.
