S&P warns Greece on spending

Greece could see its credit rating slip if it doesn't put a cap on government spending, warns rating agency Standard and Poor's. The cost of hosting the 2004 Summer Olympics is acknowledged as a major factor in the country's current fiscal situation, however, as S&P suggests, the decisive factor will be whether Greece can regain its fiscal stability once the Games are over.
