Scandal-ridden Korean firms tell all in sales prospectuses
Article Abstract:
Two South Korean firms have included in their sales prospectuses details about the financial scandals that rocked the country's political climate where two former presidents were found to have been involved. Dong Ah Construction Industrial Co. and Samsung Display Devices Co. were forced by law to describe their role in the scandal in connection with their securities offerings.
