Buhrmann buys U.S.'s Corporate Express

Buhrmann NV has reached an agreement to acquire Corporate Express Inc. for $1.1 billion (1.08 billion euros). The deal will form the largest business-to-business office products distributor in the world. Buhrmann will pay $9.70 for every share in Corporate Express under the terms of the agreement.
