Belgium's Interbrew NV, which has acquired Bass Brewers, will launch an initial public offering. Interbrew will launch the IPO on Euronext Brussels, which was created through a merger of the securities exchanges in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Interbrew jumps to no. 2 globally with Bass purchase
