Although Yeltsin is an ineffective leader due to his poor health, he should not resign. Neither should the constitution be amended to reduce the power of the presidency. Yeltsin's leaving would jeopardize gains made since his election in the country's economic and political stability.

Sickly yellow: bananas
Article Abstract:
Bananas all over the world have been affected by a fungus which began in Fiji in 1963. Since small growers harvest the majority of bananas sold worldwide, they have not been able to afford fungicides. Researchers are now developing hybrid bananas that are immune to the fungus.
